Physical Perfection, owned by Kimberley Carruthers, is a one on one private Pilates training facility located near Los Angeles' beautiful neighborhood, Hancock Park.

Kim started her career as a professional dancer, performing with Alvin Ailey and other New York City based dance companies. Kim obtained Pilates certification at The Pilates Studio 1997. A graduate of The Healing Arts College, Kimberley is a certified and licensed massage therapist and has been certified with the American Council on Excercise since 1997.

In 2005, Kim Carruthers founded Physical Perfection, that is dedicated to the teachings of Joseph Pilates. She creates a personalized, individual program for each client and she executes her vision in a relaxed, serene and intimate setting.

Kim is the founder and director of Pilates in the Hood, a program that brings Pilates to the youth and communities that are financially less fortunate.
